Christians today need a role model who encourages them. to have faith and be strong through difficult times. The qualities a. Christian role model should have are faith, loyalty, strength, dedication and not being influenced by public opinions.

What is a moral role model?

Moral example is trust in the moral core of another, a role model. It was cited by Confucius, Muhammad, Mohandas Gandhi and other important philosophers and theologians as the prime duty of a ruler - including the head of a family or the owner of a business.

Who are ethical role models?

We focus on three likely sources of ethical role models—childhood models, workplace mentors, and top managers. For example, a beloved parent, coach or other childhood model can teach an individual about ethical leadership traits and behaviors such as honesty, caring, trustworthiness, and respect.
